This website was developed for Cornerstone Property Management of Nevada City.

Their requirements were for a site that was simple to use, and would allow the staff to make alterations to the property themselves, rather than have to ask web developers to make the changes for them.

Therefore we developed this site to be driven by a database and created a back office editing suite that allows the staff to add and edit new properties, upload, caption and order photographs, and select a featured property for the front page.

Changes made in the back office are immediately shown on the public side of the site. And, being a web based back office, it is available from any computer with a browser, allowing the staff to make changes while they are in the office, or on the road.

Technical details: nevadacountyrentals.com uses a mySQL database to hold all of the property related information. The dynamic pages are programmed in PHP. Use is made of Server Side Includes (SSI) for some dynamic content. The rest of the site is HTML using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
